Returns & Exchanges

At Creō Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
